Resistance temperature sensors are suited for applications where accuracy and stability are essential for proper control in applications that operate at or below 1200°F (650C). RTDs, available in a variety of styles and constructions, are specially designed to ensure precise and repeatable temperature measurement for a wide variety of applications. Thermistors are ideal for applications where fast time response and high change in resistance over a limited temperature range is required. Used for connecting a sensor to an instrument or controller. Insulation temperature ranges from -328 to 2350°F (-200 to 1290°C).

Metal-sheathed cable make it ideally suited to solve a wide variety of problem applications. They can be easily formed or bent to accommodate many configurations. Diameters range from 0.010 to 0.5 in. (0.25 to 12.7 mm).
